Lakeridge is
something more that just another sub-division. It is a community that lives and
plays together. It is a mixture of homes built in the 70's, 80's, 90's and
today. Most with views that will take your breath away. It is a
community where kids play, runners run, and everyone walks to the peak to enjoy
the mountain views
and that of the famous Tennessee River. Streets are named . . .
Dancing Light, Winding Ridge, Persimmon, and Dawn Redwood to name a few.
|
|
Residents range
from seniors to those just starting out, including transplants from everywhere to
just across town. It is an ever growing community that enjoys its college
football and neighborhood events. The city of Knoxville is beginning to
build the
Northshore Town Center.

This
development will offer a 20 screen movie plaza as well as
dozens of shops and restaurants. This community, with projected parks and a
scenic walking path around it, will even connect with our Lakeridge community.
So this new and exciting project will be just steps away. |

Grocery stores,
