Lakeridge Fall Festival Planned
Last year’s fall festival was such a big hit that we’re doing it again! The response was so positive that we’ll be repeating all of our activities from last year AND we’ve arranged to run the hayride a little longer. The only difference is that we’re having it on a Sunday to better accommodate all our sports enthusiasts.
We invite you and your family to celebrate autumn with your neighbors and enjoy the fun! We’ll be passing out a flyer with more details as we get closer to the date. Mark your calendars now, because you don’t want to miss this!

Lakeridge Homeowner Membership is Strong!
Most all our residents in our Lakeridge community have joined our Homeowner Association by sending in the $40 annual dues via mailed invoice or in person at our Spring Picnic. In fact, it is one of the largest participations in recent years. However, the few of you that have forgotten or don’t understand the value of joining our association we have something special for you. In the next few weeks, our board members will be hand delivering new invoices along with a letter to those select few to show you all that we do and how important it is to have everyone play a part in our neighborhood Homeowner’s Association.

Neighborhood Requirements from our Bylaws,
Covenants, and Deed Restrictions
Many of the duties of our Homeowner’s Board is to keep our neighborhood to standards that were put in place by the original builders that can be found in your deeds, added by the original Lakeridge Homeowners Association’s Board, and with amendments from time to time as voted on by our membership. They include the following: •No sheds on any property • No “visible” boats parked on property •All fences must be approved by board members. These are just a few of the most common complaints we receive. However, there are a few county ordinances that you should be aware of as well. •No extended parking on streets. •Dogs cannot be left outside that bark continually. •Pets cannot be walked without leashes. •Lawns not properly maintained. For SAFETY . . . if you have trees or shrubs that are near the road please take the time to cut them back so that large profile vehicles (school buses, SUV’s and emergency response trucks) can pass smoothly. Many times this also obstructs the view of drivers. With school back in, let us think of the safety of our neighborhood’s children and our walkers/joggers. Please, if you walk your pet . . . take a bag and clean-up after it! Lastly, the speed in our neighborhood is 25mph.

Walter and Peggy Cook have lived in Lakeridge for 15
years. About 9 months ago,
COOK’S is a one-of-a-kind concept defined as “fast casual” with an up-scale menu. The service is between fast food and a formal sit-down atmosphere. They offer quick service dine-in, call ahead take-out as well as the home delivery. The menu offers full course meals with “out-of-this-world” baked potatoes, salad and rolls with each entrée. Entrée items include beef tips, chicken, rib eye steaks, salmon, and shrimp. There are a variety of sandwiches and salads. Special kid’s meal is available. Low carb meals can be created with a variety of substitutions. We’ve included a menu with the newsletter.
The delivery service provides the cook in the kitchen relief at the end of a hectic day with a fresh cooked, full course meal delivered to the door.
Hours of operation are Monday –
Saturday
Members of the Lakeridge Community are invited to visit 11242 Kingston Pike when in Farragut or call 777-0254 for pick-up or home delivery. As a special offer, present this newsletter and receive a free beverage with an order of $10 or two free beverages with a $20 order.
