HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION

Our Home Owners Association is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of residents through community services and amenities. Membership in our Association is not mandatory.  However, there are standards that each homeowner must follow which keeps our neighborhood the prize of West Knoxville (see Bylaws and Covenants).

 

Dues are $50 per year which helps pay for the mowing, weeding, planting and upkeep of the two front entrances off Northshore, The dues pay for the sprinkler system for plants and trees, water, electricity, Christmas decorations on the main front entrance sign, mowing of vacant lots and more. Those dues also insure that copies of our Association's newsletter gets out to all the residents. Dues fund our various neighborhood maintenance and improvement projects as well as as any neighborhood get-togethers and elections.
